Apponaug Mill

Project: Apponaug Mill
Location: Warwick, RI

Scope: In 2020 Case completed the Phase 1 renovation of the neglected mill with a complete structural rehabilitation, new windows and a new roof. In 2021 Case was brought on to complete phase 2 which upgraded all of the mechanical and electrical infrastructure, an elevator, core bathrooms, and a tenant fit out on the ground level. Finally, in 2022 a complete fit out of the remaining 30,000 square feet was executed along with a completely new site with a parking lot and landscaping.
